What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts at 500 units and varies depending on product category, packaging, and other factors. Higher quantities receive better pricing.

Can you provide free samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely! We understand how important it is to test products before placing a bulk order. We provide free samples so you can assess their quality, performance, and overall fit for your brand—ensuring you feel fully confident before moving into larger production. The samples are free; you only need to cover the shipping cost.

Do you manufacture aerosols?

We operate a dedicated aerosol production line that supports custom manufacturing for cosmetic sprays, mousses, and other aerosol-based products.

What manufacturing qualification and certifications do you provide?

We follow the highest industry standards to ensure every product meets rigorous quality and safety requirements. We are GMP certified and operate in full compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 22716 (Cosmetic cGMP). In addition, our facility is FDA-registered as an approved cosmetic manufacturing site.

What is your lead time for production and delivery?

Our production and delivery timeline usually falls between 8 and 15 weeks, depending on product complexity and the required development iterations. The production phase—from sample testing to final manufacturing—typically takes 4 to 10 weeks. After production is completed, international shipping requires an additional 4 to 5 weeks to reach your destination. We work efficiently and keep you informed throughout the process to ensure delivery aligns with your schedule.

Can you assist with logistics and shipping for international orders?

Yes, we can. We provide full logistics support for international orders and can arrange shipping from EXW to DDP based on your needs. Our team works with reliable freight partners to coordinate the entire shipping process, ensuring your products reach their destination smoothly, safely, and on time.
